Foodpanda customer gets wrong order not once, not twice, but 6 times in under 2 months

Is he simply unlucky?

Stomper Axl is upset that the food he orders from different F&B establishments via Foodpanda is never quite the same as what actually arrives.

He said he has gotten six wrong orders between Jan 7 and Feb 21, leaving him feeling "cheated".

Axl said he:

1. Ordered a Double Prosperity Burger from McDonald's and got a single burger but Foodpanda doesn't want to refund.

2. Ordered from Subway. They gave me the wrong cookie and Foodpanda doesn't want to refund.

3. Ordered from Nenek Recipe and the extra chili I paid $1 was missing but Foodpanda doesn't want to refund.

4. Order kway teow goreng from D' Rubinah Restaurant and the food that came was totally different from the photo but Foodpanda doesn't want to refund.

5. Ordered a strawberry sundae from McDonald's and it was missing from the order but Foodpanda doesn't want to refund.

6. Ordered a shawarma set from Arab Turkish & Western Restaurant and it was missing two Cokes but Foodpanda doesn't want to refund.

The Stomper shared screenshots of his correspondence with Foodpanda, in which he was told each time: "We've thoroughly reviewed the details of your case and won't be able to process any refund."

Axl added: "All these despite contacting Foodpanda's help centre numerous times. They still won't take responsibility and give refunds to customers who have missing and wrong items.

"Please share this because it is too much."
