Fans thrilled after Lord of the Rings cast members get together for epic reunion

It has been 13 years since the last Lord of the Rings movie was released in cinemas but the cast of the epic trilogy are still thick as thieves.
Dominic Monaghan, who played Meriadoc "Merry" Brandybuck in the movies, posted photos of a mini Lord of the Rings reunion on his Instagram on Jan 31.
Half of the 'fellowship', Elijah Wood, Billy Boyd, Orlando Bloom and Viggo Mortenson gamely posed with silverware as weapons in the photos with Dominic, delighting fans everywhere.
