Health Sciences Authority (HSA) tobacco enforcement officers raided Club Slim, a nightclub in Excelsior Shopping Centre at Coleman Street on May 15.

Caught by HSA officers, the 45-year-old club manager admitted selling e-vaporisers to staff members, said HSA in a press release on June 13.

Three other men and two women, aged between 22 and 40, were found in possession of vapes and the components and were issued fines on the spot.

After conducting a search of the club manager's vehicle and residence, HSA officers uncovered additional evidence, allegedly linking him to an illegal distribution network. He is assisting with investigations.
