Elderly man celebrates his 90th birthday by banging out 24 pull ups

Instead of spending his 90th birthday relaxing at home, Vern, a Florida native, decided to take things up a notch by banging out an astonishing 24 pull ups at the gym.
Despite his age, he still goes to the gym thrice a week and his son says that pull ups are his favorite exercise.
In the video posted on Youtube last Sunday (Feb 26), the man, dressed in a grey shirt and khaki trousers, can be seen doing an impressive 24 pull ups.
A surprised onlooker can even be heard commenting, "He's 90-years-old? That is cool."
