A Mercedes driver nearly got into an accident with a bus and a cyclist after failing to check for oncoming traffic while turning right at a junction.

Facebook page SG Road Vigilante posted a video of the incident that occurred at Jurong Town Hall Road on Jan 1, at around 3.43pm.

In the video, the white Mercedes can be seen narrowly missing a collision with a bus. The Mercedes driver also nearly hit a cyclist who was riding across the road.

Fortunately, the Mercedes driver managed a manoeuvre that allowed him to avoid both parties.

Netizens have slammed the driver for his reckless behaviour as well as having "no patience and poor judgement".

One user commented: "Gone case driving attitude. Such a nuisance on the road."

Another said: "Nicely siam liao and I'm taking it as your talent. Good job and do not keep it up sia."
