Driver who sideswipes biker after lane change on KPE seems more concerned about car than rider
A driver was caught on video sideswiping a rider while making a reckless lane change along the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway.
He was then seen checking his car repeatedly for damage without casting a second glance at the rider he hit.
A video of the incident was posted on ROADS.sg's Facebook page. According to the post, it happened on Wednesday (Apr 24).

In the video, the driver of a grey Toyota is seen suddenly changing lanes just as the biker approaches him on his left side.
His action causes the rider to repel off his car and hit a passing red car on his left as well.
However, instead of checking on the rider, he proceeds to inspect his car carefully for damage afterwards.
"This driver treats metal more important than human flesh," wrote the contributor of the video.
