Two motorcyclists were taken to hospital after an accident involving two cars and two motorcycles along a slip road from Upper Thomson Road towards the Seletera Expressway (SLE) on Feb 3.

Stomper Cheng shared footage of what happened.

In the video, a sedan car is seen failing to give way while merging onto the slip road.

An MPV suddenly brakes to avoid hitting the sedan but a motorcycle rams into the rear of the vehicle causing the rider to fall to the road.

A moment later, another motorcyclist skids and falls.

Several other motorists stop to assist the riders but the sedan appears to have left the scene.

"The driver caused the accident by not giving way and drove off," said Cheng.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at about 6.20pm.

"Two male motorcyclists, aged 21 and 53, were conveyed conscious to the hospital," a police spokesperson said.

Police investigations are ongoing.
