Driver does not budge from sheltered pick-up point in Bukit Batok on rainy day

A driver has been slammed for being inconsiderate after being caught on camera hogging a sheltered pick-up point during wet weather at West Edge @ Bukit Batok.
Stomper Zen shared dashcam footage of the incident happened on Feb 14, at around 7.25pm.
Zen said: "The inconsiderate driver was hogging the space despite the rain.
"When I reached the pick-up point, the car was already parked there and the driver was entering it. However, he did not move even when I gave a slight honk.
"Furthermore, the shelter is big enough to fit two cars but he parked in the centre."
