Do you know what this creature Stomper spotted at the lift lobby is?

Stomper Michelle came across an insect with unique feature at Bedok Block 119 on Tue Dec 6.

Said the Stomper:

"While I was waiting for the lift at the lift lobby, I spotted this strange but beautiful looking insect.

"I don't know what is it and was wondering if anyone could identify this insect."
