Stomper Eswar found a DBS debit card at Block 104 Edgefield Plains today (Mar 21) at around 6pm.
He stayed at the block for almost an hour, until 7pm, but could not find the owner.
Said Eswar:
"There was nobody around.
"I thought he or she who lost the card might have needed it urgently, that's why I stayed behind."
