Deliveryman caught on video throwing 'XL' soiled pad outside unit
A deliveryman was caught on video tossing an 'XL' soiled pad in front of someone's unit.
The video was shared by a follower of @sgfollowsall on Instagram, and has since garnered over 256,000 views.
In the clip, the man -- who is covered from head to toe -- is seen carrying a couple of packages.
He takes the soiled pad from the top of his pile and tosses it on the floor in front of one of the block's units.
Many netizens called for the contributor to reveal the neighbourhood where the incident took place.
One netizen quipped, "That's just rude, period."
Others speculated about the man's behaviour, with some wondering if he was 'returning' the pad to its owner.
Under the Environmental Public Health Act, those found guilty of littering can be fined up to $2,000 for the first offence, $4,000 for the second offence, and $10,000 for subsequent offences.
