Customer feels 'humiliated' by 'this kind of ice cream' at McDonald's
It was not the pINe-credible treat that she had been hoping for.
Stomper Christina was appalled by the supposed quality of the ice cream cone that she purchased at McDonald's Siglap CC outlet on Sept 28, at around 12pm.
She shared photos of the pineapple soft serve, which had a slightly misshapen top.
Christina said: "I have been a regular customer of McDonald's and am so shocked that this was served to me by the manager herself.
"I know it's peak period at 12pm on Saturday, but that's not the way to serve this kind of 'standard' to customers. This outlet's standard has dropped drastically.
"I felt humiliated to be served this kind of ice cream. Please see and let me know if this is acceptable?"
When contacted by Stomp, McDonald's declined to comment.
Available for a limited time, McDonald's pineapple ice cream is also available as a sundae and as a McFlurry dessert.
