Despite multiple appeals and efforts from the authorities, crows continue to plague residents at Block 41 Chai Chee Street.

Stomper Azlan sent Stomp videos of the birds flying up to his Housing Board corridor.

He told Stomp that the crows have made themselves at home -- right outside his window.

"The crows have made the tree in front of my house and kitchen windows their home," he said.

"They even recognise us. They use their beaks to tap on my window."

Azlan said he has raised the issue with Marine Parade Town Council, NParks, and the Housing Development Board, but the birds have not backed off.

He recalled: "There was once when my son was walking past the void deck on his way to school, and the crows flew above him and pooped on him."

"Another time, my wife was watering her flower pots when the crows perched on the railing and stared at her."

He said he told his family never to provoke the birds.

"If you do, they'll just become more aggressive."

In response to a Stomp query, Marine Parade Town Council said they are working closely with the National Parks Board (NParks) to address the crow issues in the area.

"We have conducted tree pruning and removed crow nests in the area," a town council spokesperson said.

"We will continue to monitor the situation closely."
