Circuit Road resident says Ninja Van deliverywoman damaged his shoe rack after placing large parcel on it
A Circuit Road resident's shoe rack was damaged after a Ninja Van deliverywoman placed a large parcel on it.
Stomper Henry shared CCTV footage of the incident and said it happened on Oct 28 at about 1.36pm.
In the video, a woman can be seen placing a bulky parcel on a metal shoe rack outside the Stomper's unit.
One of the rack's rods is later seen dislodged and bent out of shape.
Henry said he was upset when he discovered the damage.
"I felt angry," he said.
"Ninja Van doesn't have an email address for feedback, and I had to go through their chat channel."
"There's no proper avenue to reach them - the only way is to connect with a live agent, which takes about 60 minutes."
He later updated Stomp that Ninja Van had compensated him, though he did not disclose the amount.
Stomp has reached out to Ninja Van for comment.
