Check out this guy's 'sibeh special' licence plate!

Stomper Keong came across an unusual-looking licence plate on a car not just once, but twice at Havelock Road on Sep 26 and then at Bukit Panjang on Sep 27.

From the photo, the licence plate he came across appears to be made out of cardboard.

The Stomper said about the bizarre sight:

"(He) used paper as the car plate number."

It is unclear why the driver did not have a proper one at the back of his car.
