'Champion' e-scooter rider goes on 2nd lane of road, right next to bus

Another day, another reckless electric scooter rider.
In this video posted by Roads.sg, the e-scooter rider travels very close to the back of the bus before moving into the second lane.
The one-and-a-half minute dashboard camera video shows the rider traveling next to the bus and then overtaking it.
According to the Facebook post, the traffic rules for PMD (Personal Mobility Devices) will be enforced from December 2016.
