Car parked in Jalan Sultan multi-storey carpark stolen, 2 men arrested for theft 2 days later

Two men, aged 29 and 30, were arrested on Valentine's Day for theft of a motor vehicle.
The police were alerted to the case on Feb 12 at about 7.35pm, said the police in a news release.
The victim reported that one of his cars parked at a multi-storey carpark at Jalan Sultan was stolen. Several car dealers are located at Jalan Sultan.
Through follow-up investigations, officers from Central Police Division established the identities of the duo and arrested them on Feb 14.
The stolen car was recovered.
The two men were charged in court the next day with theft of a motor vehicle with common intention, which carries an imprisonment term of up to seven years and a fine.
