Can this woman decide on whether she wants to drive or use her phone?
A woman was spotted using her mobile phone while driving near Thompson Hospital.
At around 6.25pm on Jan 9, Stomper Lai came across a woman accelerating and braking while her hands were on the mobile phone.
"Hands-free driving. I feel that this is very dangerous," Lai commented.
Anyone caught using their mobile devices while driving can be fined up to $1000 and/or jailed up to six months for first-time offenders.
