# Bukit Batok resident upset after delivery person ‘throws’ parcel at doorstep — again

A woman was frustrated to see a delivery man handling her parcel without due care.

A Stomper shared CCTV footage of the incident that occurred outside her Bukit Batok home on Oct 13 at around 6.15pm.

In the video, a loud ‘thud’ can be heard as the delivery man drops the parcel at the doorstep.

The Stomper alleged that the delivery man had “thrown” her parcel.

According to her, the package contained a bottle of facial cleanser that cost $21.90. There was “thankfully no damage”, as the product was wrapped.

The Stomper expressed her exasperation, especially with this being the second time a delivery person has purportedly thrown her parcel: “It’s really frustrating to experience this kind of service.”

She was referring to a September 2025 incident in which a delivery woman had dropped her package at her doorstep despite it being labelled as fragile.

The courier company concerned at that time told Stomp that it was looking into the matter and emphasised how “service excellence is, and always has been, of utmost importance” to the company.
