Boys climb roof in Serangoon, throw chairs and bottles onto street: Police investigating
A group of boys was seen climbing to the top of a roof at Serangoon Capeview and throwing chairs and bottles from above.
Stomper Kit witnessed the youths throwing items down from Block 476 Upper Serangoon View on May 8.
"I saw these boys climbing to the rooftop access at about 6.30pm," Kit said.
"They brought chairs to sit on. It seems very dangerous."

Kit explained, "They were throwing items that may be dangerous off the roof, onto the street, and they made a very loud sound."
A video shows the boys throwing items off the roof.
"Someone called the police, but they left before the police arrived," Kit claimed.
"They were also throwing chairs up and down and bottles off the premises onto the streets below."
In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed that they received a call for assistance at about 6.35pm.
Police investigations are ongoing.
