Anyone knows what it is? Unusual 'kiwi-like' bird seen at Tampines void deck

Stomper Ezhar spotted a unique-looking bird at the void deck of Block 498, Tampines Street 45 on Aug 9.
According to him, the bird 'walked like a kiwi'.
In a WhatsApp message to Stomp, he said:
"I would like to share this video of a unique bird that came by my residence on August 9, at around 11.15am.
"It walked like a Kiwi. See if anyone can identify the species of this amazing Singapore feathered-friend."
