Like that also can? Banner repainted to change SG50 to SG51 at Yishun block

Stomper Dtst spotted an unusual National Day banner opposite Block 850, Yishun Ring Road recently.
The banner originally says 'SG50', but someone appears to have painted over the '0' so that it becomes 'SG51' instead.
Unfortunately, that person did not do a very thorough job.
