A 73-year-old woman was found dead at Block 62 Geylang Bahru on July 15.

The police told Stomp that they received a call for assistance at about 7.50pm.

The elderly woman was found lying motionless at the foot of the block and was pronounced dead at the scene by a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) paramedic.

Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play.

"The police said cannot take videos," said Stomper Marco, who shared videos showing a police tent at the scene.

"I was on the way to work and the tent was already there. I heard the deceased is an aunty."

Police investigations are ongoing.
