70-year-old cabby taken to hospital, assisting with investigations after Yishun accident with car
A 70-year-old taxi driver was taken to hospital and is assisting with police investigations after an accident in Yishun on May 6.
The police told Stomp that they were alerted to the accident, which involved a taxi and a car, at the junction of Yishun Avenue 8 and Yishun Avenue 9 at about 2pm.
The elderly cabby was conscious when taken to hospital.
Stomper Someone shared a photo of a damaged ComfortDelGro taxi at the scene and said: "The airbag popped out sia. The impact must be heavy."
Police investigations are ongoing.
