7 passengers taken to hospital, driver arrested after lorry overturns along Tuas West Road
A lorry overturned along Tuas West Road towards Seletar Expressway (SLE) on Feb 5, resulting in seven passengers being taken to hospital.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at about 6.40am.
The seven passengers, aged between 23 and 38, were conscious when taken to hospital.
The lorry's 37-year-old driver was arrested for careless driving without due care and attention causing hurt.
Stomper Lim shared a video showing a lorry lying on its side on the wet road and a police car at the scene.
He said: "Please drive slowly when it's raining."
Police investigations are ongoing.
