48-year-old man arrested for public nuisance and hurting public servant at Potong Pasir
A 48-year-old man was arrested after causing a scene at Potong Pasir Avenue 1 on June 10.
Stomper Petai alerted Stomp to the incident and shared videos he took at about 6pm.
In the clips, the man is seen sitting on the ground and surrounded by several police officers next to the road.
He then gets up, dusts himself off, and bows before walking away.
The officers follow closely behind before eventually apprehending him and escorting him into a police vehicle.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at Block 109 Potong Pasir Avenue 1 at about 5.10pm.
"A 48-year-old man was arrested for public nuisance and voluntarily causing hurt against a public servant," a police spokesperson said.
Police investigations are ongoing.
