43-year-old man arrested for allegedly molesting woman along Yishun Avenue 2

A 43-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday (July 17) for his suspected involvement in a case of outrage of modesty that occurred along Yishun Avenue 2.
The police said they received a report at about 3.50pm on July 9 from the female victim about how she had been molested by an unknown man.
Through follow-up investigations and with the aid of police cameras, officers from Woodlands Police Division established the suspect's identity and arrested him.
Investigations are ongoing.
Anyone convicted for outrage of modesty& shall be punished with a jail term of up to two years and/or a fine and/or caning.
