3 taken to hospital after Nissan runs red light and crashes into SUV at Jurong East, woman assisting with investigations
Three people, including a young child, were taken to hospital after a crash involving two vehicles at the junction of Jurong East Street 21 and Jurong East Central on April 29.
Stomper Lau Lau shared a video posted on SGRV's Facebook page showing a Nissan Serena failing to conform to the red light signal at the busy junction at about 8.20pm.
It is then struck by a Subaru Forester that had the right of way.
The impact of the collision left the left side of the Nissan visibly damaged.
In response to a Stomp query, the police confirmed that they were alerted to the accident at around 8.20pm.
A 38-year-old male car driver, a 43-year-old female car driver and her seven-year-old female passenger were conveyed conscious to the hospital.
The 43-year-old woman is assisting with investigations.
Police investigations are ongoing.
