27-year-old man arrested for drink driving after accident at Orchard Road junction

A 27-year-old man was arrested for drink driving after a car accident along Orchard Road in the early hours of Thursday (Mar 26).
The police were alerted to the accident at the junction of Bideford Road and Orchard Road at 6.48am, they told Stomp in response to queries.
No injuries were reported.
The car driver was subsequently arrested for drink driving.
A Stomper, who passed by the scene at around 8.40am, submitted photos showing the damaged car.
He said: "There were a few police vehicles there too."
Police investigations are ongoing.
