2 women taken to hospital after 6-car accident on TPE
Two women were taken to the hospital after a six-car accident on Tampines Expressway towards the Pan-Island Expressway on June 28.
Stomper RM shared a video of the accident's aftermath showing three lanes closed to traffic and two ambulances at the scene.
Other videos were also posted online.
The Land Transport Authority tweeted about traffic congestion till the Seletar Expressway entrance at 3.54pm.
In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at about 3.30pm.
Two female car passengers, aged 33 and 59, were conscious when taken to the hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.
