There has been a recent spate of near-accidents involving vehicles running red lights in Singapore.

Stomper Lau Lau alerted Stomp to two more incidents that were posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page.

In the first incident, a Volkswagen Golf ran a red light near the CPF Tampines building on Oct 29.

The car narrowly missed hitting a pedestrian.

In the video, the man and other pedestrians stare down the driver as they continue to cross the road.

One commenter said: "Strange that the driver did not seem to have the intention to stop even when the bus was clearly moving forward."

On Oct 30, a BMW was seen running a red light in a school zone, near Fairfield Methodist School (Primary) at Dover Road.

In the video, the BMW narrowly missed hitting a car exiting from the school.

In the comments, a Facebook user said he had lodged a Traffic Police report.
