2 injured in 3-vehicle crash at Balestier Rd
Two people were injured in an accident involving two cars and a van along Balestier Road at 1.51pm yesterday (May 27).
Stomper Abu saw a blue Volkswagen that had crashed through a central divider railing at Balestier Road at 3.29pm yesterday (May 26).
The Stomper said the accident had occurred just before the Ceylon Sports Club, towards Thomson Road.
A video the Stomper sent to Stomp show two Traffic Police officers at the seen.
The clip also shows that the crash had occurred during heavy rain.
In response to Stomp's queries, police said they were alerted to the accident at 1.51pm.
"A 58-year-old man was conscious when conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital," said a police spokesperson.
"Police investigations are ongoing."
