Two car drivers got into what seemed like a confrontation while on the road in Woodlands on April 14 at 3am.

Dashcam footage shows a GetGo Toyota Sienta swerving between lanes closely ahead of the camcar driver, who also swerves unpredictably.

A raised hand is seen sticking out of the GetGo car.

In another clip, the GetGo car turns into a junction as the camcar driver approaches it, blocking the path and causing the camcar driver to swerve into the road ahead.

The camcar driver alleged that this was done to "cut off and block" their car.

However, Facebook users think there is more to the story.

Some speculated that the camcar driver must have done something to anger the GetGo driver.

Others think the camcar driver was also at fault for driving erratically, and that there might be additional footage that was cut out.

However, the general consensus seems to be that both parties were in the wrong.

A GetGo spokesman told The New Paper that the user has been permanently banned from using GetGo. The car-sharing company has also filed a report with the police.

"We believe that any form of unsafe driving behaviour on the road is unacceptable, and we will take necessary actions against GetGo users who fail to practice safe driving and adhere to Singapore's road traffic regulations," said the spokesman.
