2 cars in accident at Upper Bukit Timah Road on rainy day
Two cars got into an accident along Upper Bukit Timah Road during wet weather on Sept 4.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Stomp it was alerted to the accident at about 11.10am.
SCDF assessed one person for minor injuries and the person declined to be sent to the hospital.
Stomper Kelvin shared a video showing an ambulance and paramedics at the scene, near Hillview Road.
