19-year-old girl sits on ledge at Commonwealth block during wee hours, apprehended
A 19-year-old girl was seen sitting on a ledge at Block 88 Commonwealth Close during the wee hours of April 25.
Stomper Keith shared photos taken at around 1.30am, showing the girl seated on the ledge.
The police and Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) were at the scene. Numerous police officers can be seen at the foot of the block.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at around 1.35am.
"A 19-year-old female was apprehended under Section 7(1) of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008," they added.
No injuries were reported.
