A 15-year-old boy was arrested at 7 Claymore condominium on April 10 evening for robbery, police told Stomp.

A Stomper, who lives in the condo, alerted Stomp to a fight in the building that night.

"I was informed by another parent who got the info from the guard," said the Stomper.

"I know a mum and dad were on their way to the unit to pick up their 14-year-old.

"There is a teen living there who was often seen drunk on the reception floor. The kid doesn't go to school, according to the guard, and often created trouble in the building like stealing delivery packages and fighting.

"The guards have been helpful to share info with the parents to keep their kids safe. A few parents have been investigating the unit because their teen girls as young as 14 were often there till wee hours of the morning. A report about vaping and drinking was made."

On the night of the arrest, four police cars and an ambulance were at the condo, according to the Stomper.

He said the fight took place on the 10th floor.

"There were several teens at the scene. The teen who got beat up was the boyfriend of a Secondary 5 girl who studies at St Margaret's. From the report, blood was everywhere and the kid from the unit was cleaning it up," recounted the Stomper.

"The police arrived while he was cleaning the blood."

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they received a call for assistance at 7 Claymore Road at about 9.40pm.

A 17-year-old boy was conscious when taken to the hospital and another teen was arrested for robbery.

Police investigations are ongoing.
