Twelve men and one woman, aged between 21 and 34, were arrested following a brawl in Toa Payoh on Aug 24.
The police said they were alerted to a fight at Block 10B Lorong 7 Toa Payoh at about 9.50am.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the fight took place at a coffee shop located nearby, where a group of 13 subjects had purportedly attacked two victims following a dispute and some allegedly used weapons.
A video of the incident was posted online by SG Secret Channel, showing people throwing chairs and tables outside Good Luck Food Court at 9 Toa Payoh Industrial Park.
A few of the men were later seen running towards Block 10B.
The two victims, aged 21 and 30, sustained stab wounds to their arm and back respectively, and sought outpatient treatment at a hospital.
Through follow-up investigations and with the aid of images from CCTVs and police cameras, officers from Tanglin Police Division and Criminal Investigation Department established the identities of the suspects involved and arrested them.
A cleaver, believed to be a weapon used in the fight, was seized.

Four men, aged between 21 and 33, will be charged in court on Aug 26 with rioting armed with deadly weapon, which carries an imprisonment term of up to 10 years and caning.
Another seven men, aged between 23 and 34 will be charged the next day with the same offence.
The remaining 30-year-old man and 22-year-old woman will be assisting the police with further investigations.
