1 taken to hospital after motorcyclist collides with car at Woodlands Drive 50
One person was taken to the hospital after a motorcyclist collided with a car at the junction of Woodlands Drive 50 and Woodlands Avenue 4 yesterday (July 12).
A video uploaded on Beh Chia Lor - Singapore Road shows the car driver waiting to make a turn at the junction when the traffic lights showed green.
However, when he went forward to make the turn, a motorcyclist skidded for about 10m and crashed into the car.
The motorcyclist, who was travelling straight, had the right of way in this incident.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said that it was alerted to the accident at 7.05pm and dispatched one ambulance to the scene.
One person was conveyed to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
