Other must-tries include the Deep-Fried Chili Peppers, a signature dish made by stuffing green chilies with seasoned minced pork, tofu and vegetables, Black Soybean Noodles and Ppyeo Jjim and Haejangguk. These are comforting classics served with hearty, home-style depth.
