Residents leave flower pot and buckets on window ledge of Blk 111 Serangoon North Ave 1

Stomper Tan alerted Stomp to errant residents staying on the 7th storey of Block 111 Serangoon North Avenue 1 who have been leaving their belongings on the window ledge and air-conditioning unit.
In the photos the Stomper contributed, a flower pot and buckets can be seen placed precariously outside the flat. The photos were taken on Friday (May 19) and Monday (May 22) respectively.
Said the Stomper:
"The flower pot has been there for weeks. I've noticed that a lady will place the buckets outside whenever it rains.
"What if there is a sudden gush of wind or heavy rain? The flower pot will become killer litter and might hurt residents who are walking in the area."
