New art installation at Pasir Ris: Subject to weather conditions

It has been pouring rain and although it did dampen some of our spirits, nature surprises us with its beauty as well.

A 'waterfall' has been spotted in Pasir Ris and was deemed an as an 'art installation'.

LimWuiLiung posted a video on Twitter showing what he titled as, 'Flow of the Heartland'.

His caption includes the disclaimer that it is 'subject to weather conditions'.
