Does this look like a motorcycle lot to you? Inconsiderate biker parks at a car lot in East Coast Park

Stomper A saw a motorcycle that had taken up a car lot at the carpark behind the MacDonald's in East Coast Park today (Feb 25) at 10.30am.
This was the first time A had seen such an incident despite having visit East Coast Park many times.
Said A:
"I can understand that the motorcyclist probably did it as it was raining and the allocated motorcycle lots are quite far from the shops.
"Still, this is a blatant disregard for parking regulations and a selfish act.
"What if a car needed the lot?
"This sort of behaviour should be discouraged.
"What if bicycles started parking in the motorcycle lots?
"I bet they (motorcyclists) wouldn't like that also."
