Rider helps to direct traffic after lights go out at Punggol Central junction
A rider voluntarily stepped forward to direct motorists when the traffic lights at a junction at Punggol Central stopped working on Apr 21.
Stomper Joseph shared with Stomp video clips of the rider standing in the middle of the junction.
He said the incident happened at about 7.54pm.
Joseph was one of the many pedestrians and motorists who were grateful to the rider.
"I felt that he was a good Samaritan," said the Stomper.
