According to Shanghaiist, 32-year-old Mou Cong recently took home a pair of historic titles at the prestigious 2017 Arnold Amateur World Championships in Ohio.
She competed against 15 other women, and eventually emerged the as the winner for both the best Figure and Physique for women under 167cm tall at the contest.
Her achievement however came with a price.
Mou Cong has been training hard the last decade for to attain her impressive physique.
