This illusion isn't so mind-bending after you find out the secret to how it's done

Here's a fine example of the term 'things are not always what they seem'.

Shanghaiist has posted a video on Facebook showing a man holding on to the top of his legs after apparently cutting himself in half.

As if the illusion is not amazing enough, the man starts to walk with his 'severed' legs.

At the end of the video however, the man turns around and starts to reveal how this trick is done.

As it turns out, the act is not as mind-bending after you find out what goes on behind the scenes.
