49-year-old Japanese woman's youthful looks leave netizens' mouths hanging in awe

She doesn't look a day older than 20 - but Ms Masako Mizutani, 'Japan's Lady of Eternal Youth', was born in 1968!
Yes, you read that right. Ms Mizutani is 49 years old this year. But that hasn't stopped her from going on to achieve some truly impressive feats, such as winning Japan's 'Youthful Pageant' just two years ago.
So what's her secret to staying young?
According to Tistory via Koreaboo, Ms Mizutani keeps to a strict vegetarian diet, spends at least five hours a day on her skin and body care regime, limits her exposure to the sun and stays away from alcohol and tobacco.
