Stomper GM was driving along the PIE towards Changi Airport on Tuesday (Feb 14) when he caught an errant driver littering twice.
In the videos the Stomper contributed, the driver of a black Mazda can be seen throwing litter out of his car window.
According to the Stomper, the driver threw a plastic water bottle and tissue paper out of his vehicle at 6.26pm and 6.29pm.
The Stomper said:
"Singapore has long been known as a clean and green city, but how can we keep Singapore clean when we have people like this driver who do not care about the environment?"
