UK man who licked woman's ear and neck in bar among 3 foreigners charged on same day with outrage of modesty
A UK national was charged on Dec 2 for molesting a woman in a Duxton Road bar.
Daniel James Tinsley, 38, was arrested after allegedly licking the 23-year-old woman's ear and neck area at Casper Bar on July 19 at about 11pm.
He is one of three foreigners charged on the same day with outrage of modesty.
Also charged was a 30-year-old Myanmarese man named Thant Zin.
He is accused of swiping his hands three times against the buttocks of a 47-year-old woman at Tiong Bahru MRT station on Sept 14 at about 5.30pm.
The third man is Chinese national Tu Shulin, 51, who allegedly used his hand to touch a 34-year-old woman's buttocks over her clothing in the Marina Bay Sands casino on Nov 4 at 3.26pm.
The offence of outrage of modesty carries an imprisonment term up to three years, a fine, caning or any combination of such punishments.
