# From DIY Murder Monkey to Creepy Clown and Jester: Meet Stomp’s Halloween contest winners

After nearly a month of running our Craziest Halloween Costumes contest, Stomp has picked the top three winners.

It wasn’t an easy decision, as there were plenty of strong contenders with really creative costumes and interesting stories to boot.

But three entries stood out from the crowd.

## Third place ($40 FairPrice vouchers): Jester

Jaster Ngui clinched third place with her bold ‘jester’ costume — a playful nod to her name, which is often mistaken for the word “jester”.

Complete with elaborate makeup and a bright blue wig, the outfit was already eye-catching.

*Jaster Ngui dressed up as a ‘jester’ or a clown for Halloween and rode around on her bike in the costume.*

But what made her submission even more memorable was that she rode around on her motorcycle in the get-up.

## Second place ($60 FairPrice vouchers): Creepy Clown

Coming in second was another clown, albeit a much creepier one.

*Ravin dressed up as a creepy clown for a 2026 Halloween party.*

Ravin went all out with his terrifying get-up, complete with an axe and hands covered in “bloody” durian gloves.

While his costume did not have an elaborate backstory, his detailed description of how he assembled the outfit, the pain he endured along the way and the interesting reactions he received really caught our eye.

## First place ($100 FairPrice vouchers): DIY Murder Monkey

Taking the top spot was Rezetty, who spent two months creating a DIY Murder Monkey outfit for her son.

The elaborate outfit was a labour of love, involving plenty of papier-mâché, glue, paint and patience.

*Rezetty painstakingly spent two months making a Murder Monkey mask for her son’s Halloween costume.*

Her hard work paid off. Her son wore the costume to multiple Halloween events, where it attracted attention and even won prizes.

Congratulations to all three winners!

Didn’t win this time? Keep an eye out for Stomp’s next contest. Who knows, you could be our next winner!
