A young busker impressed passers-by with his soulful rendition of Come Together by The Beatles, earning praise and support from kind-hearted strangers outside Pasir Ris MRT station.
Stomper Josephine, who witnessed the performance on March 26 at 1.30pm, was delighted to see the young man singing songs from her time.
"It's quite a treat to see this young man singing songs from my era," she shared. "I heard his Come Together and OMG, I have to support him.
"Another lady also did, and gave the thumbs up sign!"
While the Stomper didn't manage to record the busker's rendition of Come Together, she shared a video of the man singing Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) by Eurythmics.
Josephine was touched by the busker's gratitude and determination, especially during Ramadan.
"The young boy is very appreciative, he thanked everyone," she said.
"And this is Ramadan, he probably hasn't eaten. Support!"
